- By wing — the aviary deck on the roof is open from dawn. Larger raptors are asked to announce their approach.
- By land — trams 1 and 3 stop at the front gate. Paws, hooves, and slithering all welcome aboard.
- By water — the riverside jetty accommodates everything from otters to the occasional confused dolphin.
