Call for papers

The stage is open to every species and every experience level — first-time speakers get a dedicated mentor from the program committee (ask for Oleg; he has arms to spare).

What we’re looking for

• Leadership & pack dynamics — leading without barking orders
• Engineering habitats — building things that survive the seasons
• Energy & pacing — hibernation-friendly roadmaps, sustainable on-call
• Play & culture — what keeps a colony worth belonging to

Talks run 45 minutes, workshops 90. If your idea doesn’t fit a track, send it anyway — the best sessions never do.

How to submit

Email your title, a short abstract (5–10 sentences), and a line about yourself to team@fauna-forum.example with the subject “Talk proposal”. The committee reviews on a rolling basis; you’ll hear back within two weeks.
